My research interests are in mathematical physics and focus on investigating properties of gapped ground state phases of quantum lattice systems.

Currently, I am postdoc working in the group of Prof. Dr. Simone Warzel. Before coming to Munich, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Mathematics Department Pfeil at University of Arizona where I worked with Prof. Robert Sims Pfeil. I received my Ph.D. in 2016 from University of California, Davis Pfeil under the advisement of Prof. Bruno Nachtergaele Pfeil.

I'm excited to be joining the Mathematics Department at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign as an Assistant Professor starting August 2023.

We are delighted to host the IAMP-EMS Summer School in Mathematical Physics August 29- September 2, 2022. This event for graduate students and postdocs will focus on topics related to quantum information in many-body physics. The registration deadline is May 4, 2022. We look forward to your participation!
